Become a champion

There are two ways to become a Resilient Winona County champion:

Organizational: We look to leaders to bring trauma-informed practice to their organizations. There are all kinds of creative and accessible ways to integrate this work into your organization, from new approaches to hiring and onboarding, to training employees, to bringing practices into HR, development, and retention. Trauma-informed practice is particularly useful to help managers and leaders work collaboratively with employees who may be struggling with general or specific issues.

Individual: We look to folks to bring learning and resources into the community, whether it’s to your family, your church, school, groups you’re a part of, or places you spend your time.

Becoming a champion requires nothing more than an entry-level training from a Resilient Winona County trainer, combined with an ongoing commitment to stay connected to the champions network, learn from and educate others, and get new folks involved!
